Return Policy

All brand new merchandise – except special orders or items designated as “Final Sale” – may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, or 14 days for items marked as Pre-owned or Store Display.

Simple Return Process – Four Easy Steps

1Request a return or exchange by clicking “Returns/Repairs” for the relevant order in the My Orders section of your account. No account yet? You can easily register here.

2When your request is approved, we’ll send you an RMA number and mailing instructions. Be sure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the parcel.

3Send the parcel to us prepaid with a traceable carrier such as FedEx or UPS. The package should be insured, as we will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit. You can check on the status of your return in your account.

4After inspecting the item, we will refund the purchase price in the same form as payment received, minus any restocking, shipping and handling fees (described below).

Additional terms

  • If you need more than 30 days to return an item, contact us. Exceptions can be arranged at our discretion.
  • Merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition with all original tape, plastic protectors, and stickers intact and having never been removed. Item must not be tampered with or opened in any way. Watches must be unworn with no sizing changes.
  • Parcels shipped collect or without a clearly visible, valid RMA number will be refused.
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund according to the original shipping method, as follows:

  • Orders paid by Amazon Pay, Affirm, wire transfer, certified check and money order are not subject to restocking fees. In order to maintain the lowest prices possible, orders paid by PayPal, debit, Apple Pay, Alipay, or Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit cards are subject to a restocking fee equal to 3% of the total purchase price. Orders paid via American Express are subject to a 7% restocking fee.
        Any item accepted outside the terms of our return policy will be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Cancellations are also subject to these rules.
  • If an order has a delivery problem, or if a delivery was refused, our policy is to attempt to contact the purchaser for 3 business days to resolve the issue. After 3 business days, the items in such orders will be regarded as returned and eligible for refund subject to the conditions above.
  • All unclaimed items will be disposed of after 6 months.
  • Exchanges: Exchange orders over $350 will ship for free within the USA only. For exchange orders below $350, all shipping charges are the customer‘s responsibility. Items returned for exchange are entitled to a one-time-only exemption from the restocking fees stated above. If the exchange is for an item of lesser value, the refund amount will be subject to a restocking fee as per the above policy.
  • Low Price Guarantee: During the return period, if you find a current lower price (including tax, shipping and other fees) on an identical, new, in-stock item from any reputable online retailer, you will receive a store credit or refund (at our discretion) for the difference. Just send us a link to the item on the competitor’s site. Item must be available from competitor to ship to customer’s location. “Marketplace” sites such as eBay are excluded. Valid only for prices under $10,000. Some or all of the refund may be issued by a third party (e.g., Norton Shopping Guarantee) after you file a claim with them.
