We ship all orders to the billing address on the credit card. We will honor your request to ship to another address. In order to ship to an alternate address, you need to contact your issuing bank, and have then add the shipping address as your alternate address. PLEASE NOTE: Prices billed by WatchMaxx.com do not include any taxes, duties, VAT or such charges. WatchMaxx will charge you for the watch & shipping charges only. All other charges (such as taxes, duties & VA.T.) are the sole responsibility of the customer to be paid upon arrival in your country. Usually these fees are demanded prior to delivery & are collected by the shipping courier or your local Customs Authority. For more details please contact your local customs office.
We are not responsible for any return duties, VAT, taxes, etc, as some countries charge duties even if watches get returned to us.

Returns
No restocking fee applies to all orders paid with PAYPAL and BANK WIRE ONLY !!!
Please remember that if you would like to return or exchange an item purchased during the return policy period, you must call customer service at 1-877-928-2469 or email us at Info@WatchMaxx.com for a Return Authorization Number.
In order to maintain our exceptionally low prices, as well as the quality of our watches, most timepieces purchased from WatchMaxx.com (except when marked "Final Sale") may be returned in their original, unused condition, within 14 days of original delivery date for a refund. There will be a 3% restocking fee for returns using Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express and Amazon checkout. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee(one time exchange only). We refund the customer the same way that the customer has paid, deducting the restocking fee and the shipping charges (Shipping Charges are as follows: $15 for UPS Ground and 3rd day Delivery, $27 for UPS 2nd Day Delivery, $42 for UPS Next Day Delivery & $55 for Next Day A.M.delivery). All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. If the watch is a special order, which you will be notified at the time of purchase, these terms do not apply. There is no return policy for special orders.
No returns will be accepted without authorization. Please email or call us prior to returning your item, for a return authorization number. All returns are subject to our approval and acceptance. No returns will be authorized after 14 days of your receipt of merchandise.
Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the shipping receipts for your records. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Cancellations
If an order is cancelled prior to shipping there will be a cancellation charge of 8% of the sale price of the item(s).
Warranty
Since WatchMaxx.com is not an authorized dealer, we give you a WatchMaxx.com warranty good for two years, except Omega on which we offer a 3 year warranty. We warranty manufacturing and material defects only, not defects due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect. If a watch needs to be repaired, please ship the watch to us, using insured track able service. Before returning a watch for service, please contact us for a repair authorization number. If the watch is taken to another watchmaker, our warranty no longer applies. Please also see our Legal Information section, for more warranty information .
Security
All transactions are processed through our secure server, VeriSign. Potential fraud indications are reported to the appropriate banks for thorough investigation. If we have, with any order, a question in regards to fraud with the credit card, we may cancel the order, without notification, at our discretion.

All our watches are brand new, 100% authentic with serial numbers intact, and come with a 2 year warranty except Omega which we offer a 3 year warranty. WE DO NOT CARRY ANY REPLICA OR REFURBISHED WATCHES.
Our watches come with WatchMaxx.com warranties. Our warranty saves both time and money, as most companies outsource their repairs, which can generally take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. Our repair turn around is usually 3 to 4 weeks.
